Brockham Green Horticultural Society Winter Talks
We would like to invite everyone along to our first talk of the which year will take place on Monday 17th February 2025 between 7:30pm and 9pm in Brockham Village Hall.
The Earthworm – all you wanted to know but did not dare ask by Chris Stewart.
Chris will talk about worms as Eco-engineers, the many different species, their lifecycles and their importance to soil fertility. We will learn that these amazing subterranean creatures are not just simple hermaphrodites, but a vital inhabitant of gardens and soil generally, affecting wildlife and life itself.
Refreshments will be served, and everyone is welcome, so please bring friends.
The entrance fee is members £3 and non-members £5.
